Structure feature

Bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer is mainly constituted by bucket-wheel, slewing mechanism, cantilever crane luffing, walking, cantilever belt conveyor, metallic structure, the caboose, auxiliary structure, middle hopper, spray and dust control system, lubrication system, electrical system, power supply device etc. In terms of different caboose structure types (fixed single caboose, half grovel caboose, grovel caboose, cross-over caboose, double caboose etc.), Bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer can realize functions of material stockpiling, material picking off and passing, material pulling back, shunting, shoot-through etc. to meet different conditions’ requirement.

1. Whole machine type

Small and medium-sized bucket-wheel machine adopts lever counteraction with small active joints and low failure rate. Central hinged support in the superstructure is equipped with lubrication-free joint bearings with little maintenance amount.

Large-sized bucket wheel machine adopts live counter weight. Compared with little change of superstructure’s center of gravity, luffing angle of cantilever frame is smaller.

2. Entirety move mechanism and gate saddle

(1) Gate saddle adopts three-pivot and four-leg structure to keep its determinate structure and adapt to the vertical deviation of long distance walking track foundation.

(2) Driven mechanism is composed of electric motor, brakes and gearbox. Gearbox and wheel adopt suit type with a compact structure and convenient dismounting. It is easier and more convenient for maintenance and inspection for its sole-wheel driving or dual-wheel driving and fully sealed structure and adaptability of high dust environment. 

(3) It has two walking speeds, i.e. walking speed in normal working and non-work shunting high speed walking speed. Walking adopts alternating current frequency conversion for speed regulating to avoid the impact on equipment when walking starts and stops. 

(4) Walking tripper’s frame adopts balance beam device to make every wheel pressure equal. Walking tripper and balance beam are structure of two-piece suits. Wheel set and walking tripper are of two-piece suits as well. It is convenient for dismounting and repairing.
