HMC Pulse Single Bag Filter  Dust Collector Dust Filter----Introduction and Model Type

HMC type pulse single bag filter is the small bag filter which absorbs the advantages of the same type products in and abroad. It uses the way of pulse blowing for dust filtering which has the features of good efficiency, large wind volume, long life, less maintenance and safe operation and so on. It is widely used for the dust filtering of metallurgy, building material, machine, chemistry and mine and other non-fiber industry.

Material of dust filter is terylene needle felt. Allowable temperature is not more than 120℃. If temperature is rising, select other high temperature resistant filtering material or make falling temperature measurement before waste air enters dust filter.

If dust filter is used to handle easily firing and explosive powder, it should add anti-explosive device. The filtering bag of dust filter is used anti-static treatment.

This series dust filter can be installed in open air. Operate it in minus pressure or positive pressure. The whole structure has no any change. Dust filtering efficiency is more than 99.9%. Dust density of purified air is less than 100mg/m3（standard）.

If this series dust filter is used in chill zone, it should add heating device and the shell of dust filter should add insulation layer when calculated temperature outdoor is ≤-25℃.
