The monolayer and double-deck bar stock gate is new type gate which designed for conveying, controlling, and feeding of small and medium size solid, bulk material in building materials, mine, metallurgy, etc. And it is suitable for controlling of materials ≤50mm.

It has characteristics of compact structure; easy operation, no jam, overcomes large open and close pressure of the plate gate valve caused by the big size material granule, even can't close. The valve adopts single bar stock operation so that it is convenient operation, flexible, whole structure, high quality steel welding, good rigidity, no out of shape, long-term service and no need maintenance. It is the ideal material control equipment for small and medium sized crystalline and bulk material.

The monolayer bar stock valve mainly consists of the frame and bar. When bar stocks insert in the frame. The bar stocks compose grid tray which could block the materials at the side of the gate. If you pull out one bar stock from the grid tray, there will be bigger gap on the grid tray. The material will get through the gate from the gap. And the numbers of the bar stock pulled up should be decided by the produce processing.
