●General Information
Material adjusting gate is a new type adjustable and knife type gate according to the requirements of working condition. It is mainly used for the pneumatic system in building materials, metallurgy, light industry, glass, etc.
Structure Characteristics
Material adjusting gate adopts high quality carbon steel welding, divided into up and down two channels, the down channel is aerating layer, the up channel is conveying material layer, the middle is air permeable layer. Spiral gate can be adjusted any gatage as your wish. This gate is particularly applicable to dry powder without viscosity, fine grain, etc. The advantages is small energy consumption, no noise, no pollution, less maintenance, no jam, convenient operation, long service life, etc.

●Work principle
Material adjust gate gets low pressure and small quantity air which supplied by the blower and pass the down channel inlet then aerates to the air permeable layer. The air is blew upward through the boiling plate evenly, and aerates the materials upward. The material is falling by gravity and gets displaced because the inclination of the equipment and the material is moving forward by repeat the falling. The adjust gate consists of the lead screw gate and the seal parts. The lead screw is turning by the manual hand wheel. The gate is displaced by the lead screw so that we can adjust and cut off at any time.
●Instruction
Please check if there any sundries inside the gate and whether the boiling plate is affected by the damp. If the boiling plate is affected by the damp, please change a new one and install, otherwise it will reduce the effect. Please check the transmission device is reliable and flexible or not. There should add gasket between the flanges and tighten the bolt evenly. When you are testing the clockwise rotation of the manual turning hand wheel is turn off, the opposite side is turn on. And it will work well if there is no jam.
