●General Information
This series plate gate valve is main equipment for flow control of powder, crystal particle material, and small granule. It is mainly used in the metallurgy, mining, building material, grain, chemical, etc. The gate is equipped with the electric, pneumatic, electro-hydraulic push rod as the drive device. It is the perfect equipment for controlling the flow and cutting off quickly.
●Structure Characteristics
This series product with the simple structure, easy operation, high performance of sealing, the small lose of the part resistance, fast cut, easy maintenance, not easy out of shape.
●Work Principle
The plate gate valve consists of the actuator, valve, clapboard, seal device, travel switch, etc. When the machine is running the output order (power or air source) will be sent to the actuator, the actuator will drive the clapboard outside, when it reaches the position as the work situation, it will hit the travel switch and stop, the travel switch will feedback the signal (switch signal) to the control room, otherwise it will turn off the clapboard valve (push inside).
