LZ Series Screw gate is main equipment in controlling the flow of the powder and particle material. It is widely used at the top, bottom and the inlet and outlet of silos in metallurgy, mining, building materials, grain, chemical, etc. It is the perfect equipment for requirements of control flow, start and shut off frequency and cut off quickly.
●Structure Characteristics
The gate has characteristics of simple structure, easy operation, light weight, no jam, cut off quickly, especially suitable for conveying and flow adjusting of different powdery material and particle material and crystal material under φ5mm. Installation angle are no limited. Easy operation and the gatage is adjustable at any time.

●Instructions
This valve could be installed vertically or flatly, please add the gasket between the flanges when installing and then tighten the bolt.
When operating the hand wheel, the clockwise is turn off, the opposite side is turn on. No more auxiliary lever should be added.
If it is long-term storage, the equipment should shut off, and there should add lubricate oil in the transmission device. And not allow to store or pile up in the open-air.
