●General Information
The bottom unloading device consists of bottom screw valve, bottom material separate box, pneumatic/electric switch valve, electric flow control valve and material unload groove. It can be used in unloading cement and raw material powder at the silo's bottom. The bottom unload device could adjust automatically and unload uniformity. And it has reasonably structure, easy operation and at most three material outlet holes. There is side unload device to choose.
The seal structure of bottom unloading device can be divided into soft seal and rigidity seal. The soft seal is sealed by pressing wool felt tightly between valve core and valve body. The rigidity seal by adding the connector upon entrance point to seal. There is arc sealing element between connector and valve core so that they can drive fitting and realize the rigidity seal. The seal clearance is adjustable that more applicable for high frequency movement and high temperature work situation. The rigidity seal has good seal effect and can serve a long time.
