VKX-8M/8S Series Flow Control Valve/Rotary Valve
●General Information
Flow Control Valve usually combine with the rotary valve to control the quantity of unloading material, The material firstly pass a small slide conveyor in order to make the material fluidization then the material will flow into the flow valve so that there will not form stock column. The flow control valve is adjusted by the electric actuator. It could make long distance control to satisfy the requirement of the system measurement. Rotary Valve is mainly used as switch in the material flow control system. And usually series connect with electric flow control. The flow control valve is widely used in building material, metallurgy, chemical industry, grain, glass, etc.
●Structure Characteristics
The flow control valve and rotary valve have scientific and reasonable, compact structure. There is U-shape notch in the valve core and the adjustment of the notch's opening could control the flow and we can see the opening on the indicating dial. There is safety spin in the coupling between valve core and electric actuator structure. It can make sure there is no damage of valve core and actuator structure. There is gasket at the inlet part of valve to separate the valve body and valve core. The clearance between gasket and valve core is adjustable so that we can ensure the flexibility of the running of valve core. Flow control valve is equipped with DXI actuator. Rotary Valve is equipped with 10-5A pneumatic push rod.
●Work Principle
Flow control valve mainly consists of engine base, gasket, bush, valve core, bearing, air permeable layer, aerating Conveyor and gearing. The blower supports the low pressure and small capacity air. It aerates upward evenly through the air permeable layer and push the material upward. The material falls by gravity and displaces because the inclination of equipment installation, and makes the material moving forward repeatedly. The actuator drives the coupling to make the valve running in order to control the material flow. Rotary switch only control the turn-on and turn-off. By using the electromagnetic valve control the air source of pneumatic push rod to control the push rod to finish the switch.

●Instruction
Please check there is no varia inside otherwise U-shape valve core is blocked or the valve is damaged. Please check the boiling plate is affected with damp or not, if yes, please change and then install it in case of affect the use effect. Please check every drive part is flexible and reliable. The drive part is not allowed to be used as hoisting and strictly prohibit damage. There should add gasket at the joint of two flange then tighten the connecting bolts evenly.
