●General Information
ZSQ150-Ⅱ/2 Two Silos Bulk Loading System has all the functions of Bulk Loading System. According to the actual situation, two silos could discharge at the same time or separately. Each silo has its own discharge box, supporting stock Conveyor and headpiece, stop valve, sharing slide Conveyor, slide Conveyor blower, dust collector, material level indicator, bulk head, roots blower(or air inlet source).When there is limited space or silo that for material mixing, we suggest use two silos or three silos bulk loading system.
●Technical Parameters
1. This platform should be sealed all around to prevent air and rain. The structure could customize.
2. The load ability is 60-150 t/h, and the work environment can meet the national standard.
3. During installation, all flanges should be covered with sealing material.
4. The stop valve should be opened, when the relevant silo is working.
5. The roots blower could use R14, the pressure is 29.4KPA, and air quantity 2.34 m 3/min, the air source could use the less pressure air source instead.
6. Different diameter's homogenizing silo has different angle of T-cock Conveyor, which could choose according actual situation.
